Why would an out of stock item be displayed on your website?

Because of an unforeseen increased demand, Biomedical Research Laboratories may sell out of any product at any time. However, we do everything within our power to always have product in our warehouse.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay.

My credit card was declined. What should I do?

In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your or Biomedical Research Laboratories account differs from the billing address on your bank’s records, the transaction could be declined. Please check with your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information.

What is the Subscribe & Save program?

Our Subscribe & Save Program offers you deep discounts on our products and free shipping on many of them. Simply select a Subscribe & Save option when placing your order, and your supplements will be automatically shipped according to the schedule you select. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a fresh supply according to the delivery schedule you selected for as long as you stay a member of our Subscribe & Save program.

The card you provide when you order your first bottle will be automatically charged the discounted price on future orders. You may cancel your subscription any time, no questions asked. (Orders already in process cannot be cancelled so be sure to cancel at least 3 days in advance of your next scheduled ship date.)

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or altered once completed. Due to our commitment to processing orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.
