One or more items in your cart is a recurring subscription purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will automatically be charged the price listed in the Order Summary section of this page (plus taxes) every 30, 60 or 90 days, depending on the increment you choose, until you cancel your subscription. The price at the time of renewal is subject to change, and you will be notified of any such change. 

 

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order ships by doing one of the following: 

 

  1. You can log into your account and cancel an reoccurring order on your dashboard up to one day before your order is set to renew; OR 

  1. By calling customer support at 800-780-4331 Mon-Fri, 9 am – 7 pm (EST). Note: phone cancellation requests made outside normal business hours must be received at least three days in advance of the subscription renewal date; OR 

  1. By contacting customer support via email at support@brscience.com.

All cancellation requests made by phone or email will receive an RMA number and an email stating that your subscription has been canceled. Please keep this number for your records. Any future discrepancies resulting from not having a RMA number will be resolved at our discretion.
