I have been using TriFuel for about 2-3 months now in my training for a Half Ironman. I can’t say enough good things about it. It has everything I look for in my endurance nutrition: electrolytes, hydration, amino acids, and carbohydrates. The flavors are great and Lemon Lime is my favorite! I bring two full bottles on my long rides and plan to have at least 3 for my Half Ironman this year. Last year I tried a whey protein (milk based) meal supplement and I had horrible GI issues. I have not experienced any GI problems using Tri-Fuel so I signed up for a subscription to it!
