Knute Johnsgaard is a Canadian Olympic cross-country skier born in Whitehorse, Yukon, who has been skiing competitively since the age of 6. He made history in January 2017 as part of the first Canadian men's relay team to win a World Cup cross-country skiing podium — a bronze medal that also secured his place on Canada's 2018 Winter Olympic team in PyeongChang. A beloved figure in Yukon's tight-knit skiing community, Knute credits the wilderness trails around Whitehorse and the support of his hometown for shaping him into an elite athlete.
““During long hard training sessions and races you need that extra boost of energy to push yourself to the limit. Afterwards, you need it again to recover. EPO-Boost and Trifuel give me that extra “Boost””
— Knute Johnsgaard
