Double Chocolate Brownies For Two
Looking for a Valentine’s Day treat that will keep you feeling lighthearted? These double-chocolate fudgy, molten brownies are made with INVIGOR8 shake mix and almond flour, and lightly sweetened with coconut sugar. The recipes yields the perfect amount for two active lovebirds to share!
Recipe:
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 scoop INVIGOR8 Triple Chocolate Brownie Superfood Shake
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
¼ cup almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt
½ cup chocolate chunks, plus more for topping and drizzling
Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a mini loaf pan with parchment paper or a muffin tin with two muffin cups.
In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, coconut sugar, INVIGOR8 shake mix, vanilla and egg until smooth. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and ½ cup chocolate chunks. Mix until combined.
Scoop the batter into the mini loaf pan or muffin cups and smooth it into one even layer. Top with more chocolate chunks.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges have set. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve drizzled with melted chocolate, if desired.
