No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

These cookies require no baking and only five ingredients! If you are a peanut butter lover looking for a healthy, protein-packed snack or treat, these cookies are for you. For extra sweetness or spice, add in some chocolate chips or cinnamon!

Recipe:
(Makes 8 cookies)

1 cup rolled oats
½ cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 scoop INVIGOR8 French Vanilla Superfood Shake
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt (omit if peanut butter is already salted)

Line a large plate or baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined. Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the batter for each cookie onto a plate or baking sheet. Flatten out to ¼-inch thick. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to solidify.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
